Jake Schnake, lead photographer
Jake has worked for Ideal fo more than six years and in 2010 when he graduated from college he spent a year in Hungary teaching Math and Photography. We were happy to welcome him back this summer and looking forward to Jake working full time with Ideal. Jake has over 100 weddings under his belt and could probably double as your wedding planner... but you better ask him first!

A midwest native, Jessica Truax-Shannon lives in Arlington, Washington with her husband, 2 children, and a houseful of animals. She is currently attending the New York Institute of Photography and enjoys keeping up with current trends in photography and technology, especially photojournalism. Jessica is actively involved in the rescuing and fostering of abandoned cats and dogs in Western Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, reading, and learning more about sustainable living practices.
